General Information
The mill of TRIBOKINETIKA series, 6050 MP model (TU 3618-001-92992044-2012), is intended for grinding pre-dried rocks, as well as production waste with hardness of up to 8 points of Mohs scale, its capacity is 2 to 7 m3/h (characteristics may vary depending on the physical and mechanical properties of the raw material).
TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mill is equipped with an air-centrifugal classifier, which allows using this equipment to obtain fine powders, including D85 <80 microns.
TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mill is recommended for production of mineral powder MP-1 GOST R 52129-2003, MP-2 GOST 32761-2014 from carbonate rocks as part of asphalt batching plants.

Description of the air dedusting system:
The represented system is designed to remove dust from the air discharged from the body of TRIBOKINETIKA-6050MP mill. Dusty air goes from the discharge nozzle of the body through the air duct and enters the dust-exhaust fan and then into the valve. Filter elements trap dust particles, and clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The filter elements are cleaned by pulse purging with compressed air. The cleaning system is activated automatically upon reaching the filter resistance limit settings, and while one filter performs self-cleaning of its filter elements, the valve directs dusty air to another filter. After the purging cycle, the dust captured by the filter settles in the connecting cone and through the rotary shutter enters the screw conveyor-feeder, and then into the body.

Description of the line:
The presented line is designed for production of finely ground diatomite d95 = -100 μm from material of up to 250 mm size. Raw material is loaded with a front-end loader into the receiving hopper of the crushing and screening complex DROBMASTER 10/12, where a rotary crusher makes preliminary crushing and subsequently a screening takes place. Large-size material is ejected from the process (and can be returned back to the loading hopper), the screened material, which size is less than 30 mm, goes into the feed supply bin of the automated milling complex TRIBOKINETIKA-6050MP. The milling complex produces powder, which is packed into soft containers using a screw conveyor. During milling, a dusty air is generated, which is sent to the filtration unit. Precipitated dust is loaded into a collection chamber using a flexible conveyor.

Description of the line:
The presented line is designed for production of mineral powder MP-1 GOST R 52129-2003 from sedimentary (carbonate) rocks. The line is equipped with all necessary equipment for grinding, transportation and storage of the finished product. The aspiration system included in the line makes the production process safe and environmentally friendly. The standard equipment of the storage silo with a high-performance screw conveyor and a telescopic handler, as well as a flow meter, allows quickly and accurately unloading finished products to a bulk trailer.

Описание линии:
Представленная линия предназначена для получения магнезиального порошка крупностью 95% менее 45 мкм. Материал на помол поступает в мягких контейнерах, которые разгружаются при помощи виброрастаривателя «ВИБРАСТАР-2500». Куски материала подаются питателем в автоматизированный помольный комплекс «ТРИБОКИНЕТИКА-6050МП», после чего измельченный порошок, при помощи конвейера выдачи затаривается обратно в мягкие контейнеры. В процессе помола образуется запыленный воздух, который подается в фильтрационную установку. Осажденная пыль при помощи гибкого конвейера загружается в накопительную емкость.

Описание линии:
Представленная линия входит в состав комплекса глубокой переработки стеклобоя. Из расходного бункера сырье подается в автоматизированный измельчительный комплекс «ТРИБОКИНЕТИКА-6050МП». Измельченный материал винтовым конвейером выдачи подается в промежуточный бункер. Из промежуточного бункера порошок периодически отгружается в технологические емкости, и отправляется на дальнейшую переработку.

Configuration
The TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mill (Fig. 1, 2) consists of an integral body (1), an elevator block (2) and a guide track (34), located in the lower part of the mill, a pressurizer fan (3) – in the middle part and a static air-centrifugal classifier (4) in the upper part. On the opposite side of the body (1) there are shell of shock-absorbing block (5) of the rotor-accelerator, electric motors (6,7) of the rotor-accelerator drive, housing of V-belt drive transmission (8), mechanism (9,10) of the main drive adaptive belt tension system ( ASNR), handle (11) for controlling position of the dust-exhaust fan flap, transport air duct (12) and return air duct (13).
On the right of the body (1) there are secondary air nozzle (18)*, screw conveyor-feeder (14), feed hopper (15)* with a screening grid (17)*. A cassette filter (19)* mounted on a cone (20)* with a rotary shutter (21)* for dust reload are placed on the housing of the screw conveyor-feeder (14).
On the left of the body (1) there are excess air discharge nozzle (29), LIGNUM 160 sleeve (28), LIGNUM 160 sleeve (32)*, PHD-UL-70-75 (33)* sleeve, supporting platform (22), on which a rotary shutter (23) for the finished product unloading and a dust-exhaust fan (27) are installed. On the rotary shutter (23) for unloading of finished product, depending on versions (see Tab. 1), the following items are installed: a cyclone (24)* with a ventilation nozzle (30)* and a flexible insert (31)* or a dispersion unit (25)* with a rotary shutter (16)* of “grit” distribution; in the upper part of the cyclone (24)* or the dispersion unit (25)* a flashing beacon (26) is mounted.
The integral body (1) is installed on the base platform (21), in the corners of the platform there are holes (22) for anchor bolts used to fix the platform on a foundation.
Operation of the electrical components of the mill is controlled from an external electrical panel with an automatic mode control unit BAU MICRON (not shown in the figure).

Advantages
Low energy consumption for producing fine powders, a intelligent automated work control system, long service life of replaceable parts, dust-free operation and low noise level – all this is not a complete list of competitive advantages of the TRIBOKINETIKA - 6050 MP mill. - Large grinding capacity. In the TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mill, the movement of particles is organized in such a way that they destroy themselves! Larger particles play the role of grinding bodies: ejected by the rotor-accelerator, they destroy small particles, while they themselves break up into fragments.
- Power consumption is lower. Power consumption is lower due to energy-saving technology used in the TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mill. This technology classifies small particles of the required size and removes them from the grinding process. The loaded raw material is subjected to air classification at the entrance to the mill body (the so-called “the first stage separation“). Accurate and timely selection of small particles allows avoiding formation of “over-crushed” classes, reducing unproductive circulation of “dead smalls” inside the mill, which reduces energy consumption for grinding;
- Adaptive belt tension system of the main drive (ASNR). A V-belt transmission with an adaptive tensioning system is used to transmit torque from electric motors to the rotor-accelerator shaft in the TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mill. What profits does it give? Extended operation life of the belt in the most difficult mill operating modes.
- The service life of replaceable parts is higher. One of the features of the centrifugal method of rock destruction is an effect of autogenous lining of the rotor-accelerator of mill with a layer of the material being ground. Self-lining, for sure, is the most cost effective protection against wear, because the material that creates such protective layer does not need to be bought, it is always enough in the mill!
- Dust-free operation. The air flow system of the TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mill operates in a partially closed cycle and reuses the main air flow, so the discharge of air into the aspiration system usually does not exceed 25% of the total turnover. During operation, all units of the mill are under exhaustion and therefore they do not emit dust.
- The most critical functions are done by automatic system. All TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mills are equipped with a control system – BAU MIKRON. BAU MIKRON starts and stops the mill equipment in a predetermined sequence, monitors operation of the mill, regulates the feeder's output according to a load on the rotor-accelerator. The operation of the TRIBOKINETIKA-6050 MP mill under the control of BAU MIKRON can be characterized as highly productive, and without overloads.

At the 17th International Exhibition and Conference "MINING WORLD Russia 2013" the Automated Milling Complexes TRIBOKINETIKA were recognized as the best Russian-made fine grinding mills. Automated milling complexes TRIBOKINETIKA were awarded with a diploma of the 15th Specialized Exhibition of Building Materials “OSM-2014” as the best milling complex among Russian manufactures in terms of energy efficiency – fineness of grinding.
Our plant TECHPRIBOR was awarded with a special diploma of the 18th International Exhibition and Conference “Mining Equipment, Mining and Processing of Ores and Minerals — Mining World Russia” for the best Russian-made milling complex designed to produce mineral powder as part of asphalt batching plants and asphalt factories.
