Fractionation complex for bulk materials FRAKMASTER-800 (hereinafter referred to as the complex) is intended for the separation of dry, free-pouring and non-sticking materials with bulk density of up to 1.6 t/m3 into four fractions.
It can be used for fractionation of sand, limestone chips, marble, lime and other similar materials in various industries.
The complex includes a loading hopper, a feeder, a vibrating screen with a variable inclination angle, unloading screw conveyors with holders for soft big-bag containers. Also the complex is equipped with a control panel.

Fig. 1 Overall dimensions
FRAKMASTER-800 complex is a system of units and assemblies mounted on a common foundation and interconnected by flexible adapters. Combined operation of the complex equipment is ensured by the control unit in manual mode.
The complex (Fig. 2) consists of a feeder (1), a multi-deck screen (2), four long unloading conveyors (3), one short unloading conveyor (4), a loading adapter (5), four unloading adapters (6), one lower unloading adapter (7), a remote electric control panel (not shown in the figure).
Fig.2 Main components of the complex.
When splitting dry, well-flowing, non-sticking materials into four fractions, the complex (Fig. 3) is operated as follows: the operator with an assistant fasten bags for finished product on a holder (4) of unloading conveyors (3), installing a wooden pallet under the bottom of each bag. After positioning the bags for finished product, the operator starts the complex via the control panel, and the assistant, using the loader or crane, loads the raw materials from a big bag or ladle into the operational hopper (5) of the feeder (1). When the feeder is started, the material to be classified is fed by a screw conveyor (1) from the hopper (5) to the screen (2), where under inertial forces it passes through several sieves, being split into fractions equal or smaller than the mesh size of the sieves and collected in receiving hoppers of unloading screw conveyors (3). Unloading screw conveyors (3) supply split-by-fraction material into bags for finished product. Upon filling a bag(s) of finished product, the operator turns off the feeder (1), screen (2) and unloading conveyor(s) with the filled bag and removes the bag with the product from the holder (4). The assistant delivers the filled bag of finished product to a warehouse by the loader, and the operator fixes an empty bag and starts the complex, observing the sequence of starting all unites of the complex.
