Крыша областной Ленинской библиотеки г. Тула.             Для приготовления полистиролбетона использовался смеситель - пневмонагнетатель «Тополь-2» производства ООО «Строймеханика» г. Тула.

Roof of Tula regional Lenin library. Preparatory works on making the low-conductivity coat on the basis of polystyrene concrete (mark on average density D 400). Laying of polystyrene concrete is made directly on the old waterproofing covering.

For preparation of polystyrene concrete a blender-pneumosupercharger was used. Taking into consideration relatively small amount of works and also some features of object (in particular high density of city building) we decided to place the blender and necessary active storage directly on a roof.

Laying process of polystyrene concrete. Screeding of polystyrene concrete mixtures is made by means of concrete vibrating screed with pneumovibrator.
The use of pneumovibrator provides the receiving of flat surface without clots of polystyrene concrete mixtures during the process of packing.

Полистиролбетон, марка по средней плотности D 500 в качестве материала устройства теплоизоляционной стяжки жилого дома. Коэффициент теплопроводности полистиролбетона в сухом состоянии (марка по средней плотности D 500)  0.125 Вт/(м*оС), для сравнения: коэффициент теплопроводности бетона на гравии или природном щебне - 1.51 Вт/(м*оС).   Справа - гранулы полистирола (бисер) до вспенивания. Слева - гранулы полистирола после первичного вспенивания.

Polystyrene concrete, mark on average density is D 500, as a material for device of heat insulating tie of dwelling house. Heat conductivity coefficient of polystyrene concrete in dry condition (mark on average density D 500) is 0.125 W/(m*C°), for comparison: coefficient of heat conductivity of concrete on gravel or natural broken stone is 1.51 W/(m*C°).

The foamed granules of polystyrene by means of pneumotransport move to the bin of mature. The mature bins of foamed polystyrene granules represent a bag made of the air-penetrable material, fixed on a wooden framework. The framework of mature bin on the give picture is made of wooden bricks by forces of a construction gang.

Материал стен - полистиролбетон марка по средней плотности D 400. Наружная отделка стены - керамический кирпич.   Колодцевая кладка стены подготовлена для заливки полистиролбетона (марка по средней плотности D 400). Хорошо видны арматурные сетки и стержни арматуры.

Элементы съемной опалубки, применяемой при возведении несущей стены из полистиролбетона.   . Растворонасос серии «Сосна БС». Расходный бункер растворонасоса заполнен полистиролбетонной смесью (марка по средней плотности D 600). На заднем плане - гибкий растворопровод напорной подачи материала к месту укладки (дальность подачи полистиролбетонной смеси D 600 около 40метров).

Mortar pump of “SOSNA BS” series. The feed bin of mortar pump is filled with polystyrene concrete mixture (mark on average density is D 600). On a background there is a flexible mud channel of pressure feed of material to the packing place (pumping distance of polystyrene concrete mixture D 600 is approximately 40 meters).
