Grain sizes of source material are up to 5 mm, grain sizes of the received product is less than 140 micrometer (residual on the sieve 140 micrometer - 0.37 %). Material loading is carried out by the screw conveyor from feed bin. The crushed material is driven up to the air-centrifugal classifier by means of screw conveyor.

Removed rotor of shredder-disintegrator “HORIZON 4500 MK” ® On the internal circle of finger-beats residuals of the processed material are well visible. Wear of retainer rings and finger-beats is insignificant. Total service life of grinding mechanisms of shredder-disintegrator “HORIZON-4500 MK Ultra”®-18.5 for cement is from 100 to 600 motohours (depending on the type of cement).   Running trials of the “Wader” series impactor of secondary and fine crushing. Running trials of the “Wader” series impactor of secondary and fine crushing. An initial material - red brickbats, fragments of reinforced concrete constructions, metallurgical slag, fragments of vibrocompressed paving tiles, fragments of gas concrete. The average size of loaded material pieces is about 100-160 mm. Target fraction is 0-10 mm. Durability on compression resistance of a crushed material is from 2.5 to 35 MPa. Productivity of the given equipment processing large-sized materials is about 4.5 TPH.

With boundary fineness of fraction division of 80 micrometer, the results of classification are visible even at low magnification.   Air-centrifugal classifier of “PROGRESS” series, manufactured by the machine-building company “Techpribor” allows implementing high-precision classification of mineral materials particles on fractions, according to their size and density in continuous (sequential) mode. There is a modular complex of air classification of high division precision of “PROGRESS – МК” series on the picture.

On the given manufacture the rotor centrifugal crusher allows not only to receive great volumes of material with specific granulometric structure, but also to refuse of using the separate technological units for material classification and transportation.

Material feed is delivered to the impactor by the belt conveyor with chevron transfer belt, for selection of the received material the screw conveyor of VK-260 type is used, the reflective casing – shelter is installed on the loading mouth of crusher.

The given aggregate belongs to type of high-speed reversive impactive-reflective crushers realizing the unique way of hard materials destruction by means of "free kick" method.
The new crusher “DUO WADER 4x2” allows solving equally effectively the problems of crushing - recycling, both the nonmetallic materials, in particular the imploded rocks with durability up to 1500 kgf/sm2, and wastes of road bed, concrete manufacture, demolition waste from pulling down of slum dwellings etc.

By means of the given aggregate was received water-repellent chalk (initial material with fractional structure no more than 10 micron), having following characteristics:
— limiting wetting angle up to 140 degrees (norm is 130 degrees);
— water-repellency is 99.8 % (norm is 96 %).

For disintegrator concrete mix porezation the experimental blender activator of small volume “SAMO-1500” of continuous action was used. The blender has mobile implementation and is equipped with wheel chassis that simplifies its moving within building site.
